About
Built for the hours a business
cannot staff.
Lead Rescue started from a plain observation: most enquiries to a service business arrive when nobody is there to answer them, and an unanswered enquiry does not wait — it goes to whoever replies first.
A plumber, a clinic and a law firm have very little in common until five o’clock, when they all have the same problem: the website is still open, the phone is not, and the person typing a message at 21:40 has three other tabs open.
Lead Rescue sits on that gap. It answers in the business’s own words, works out what the job actually is, offers a slot that exists in the hours the owner set, and puts the finished lead in front of them the next morning — name, number, what they need and when.
It is built and run by Madhav, an independent software developer, and it is in early access: free to use, openly a young product, and shaped by the businesses using it now.
The rules it is built to.
It never invents an answer
If a visitor asks something the business has not covered, it says so and takes a message. It will not guess a price, promise a date, or make a claim on an owner's behalf.
The lead is never lost
Every outside service it depends on has a timeout, a retry and a fallback behind it. If a provider is down, the enquiry still lands — that is the whole product.
It belongs to no single trade
Everything specific to a business — services, prices, hours, tone, safety rules — lives in that business's own settings. Nothing in the product is written for one industry.
The leads are the owner's
They appear on your dashboard and in your inbox as they arrive, and they are exportable whenever you want them.
Closed right now? Your website isn’t.
Set it up in the time it takes to make a coffee — and it is free while Lead Rescue is in early access.
